If her mother was born in Ireland then your partner’s mother would automatically be an Irish citizen.

You’ll need to provide your father’s birth certificate, your birth certificate and your son’s birth certificate.

Your grandfather’s FBR? Unless your father or mother was registered before you were born then you won’t have a claim.
