Indeed! I did consult a lawyer who told me to basically sell my company to someone else for visa purposes (L1) and I did not think that was the right way to go. After your comments, I have read more...

Hi there,
No, I do not hold an Indian Passport anymore. India does not allow dual citizenship. And any nationality *can* apply and get B1/B2 visa, even Australians. I got that visa stamped before...
