Grosellas refer to goosberries; parsnips (chirribia) & turnips (nabos) are rare here in the north, but I've seen them on sale in street markets on the costas, perhaps for the non-Spanish customers....

You could try in El Corte Ingles food dept. Also Carrefour cater for "foreign" foods, especially down south.
The general word is 'pasas' in Spanish:
Raisins are 'pasas de uva'
Sultanas are...
