I believe that's classed as indictable in Canada which would explain the refusal as it would require the 10 years for deemed rehab.

Yes it was but to get a caution you admit the crime. I believe section 36(2)(c) covers it.

Fluke your crimes make this interesting and proves another basis that they (CIC) must deem people to be rehabilitated based on the UK Rehabilitation legislation as Burglary (non dwelling) and illicit...

Does it give reference to the Burgon case and the rehabilitation of offenders act?
