When you call to book the appoinment they will ask if you have already received it, and ask you to bring it. I doubt they will process you without it.

I think you will find that most people are BOOKING the medical first, and then using the time between booking and attending the medical to fill in and send off the DS-230 and 2001 forms. Certainly...

My letter says that, but then the website only metions part 1. Will send one and keep a copy for the interview to be on the safe side. Fingers crossed for no delays!
