Followup: Anyone recently managed an initial E-3 Application outside of Australia??

Just off the phone with our company immigration specialists. Apparently Nassau (Bahamas) no longer processes initial E3's. *Some* consulates in Canada will, but currently very hard to get an...

Hi folks,

Found lots of info arguing both ways on this question :( I am currently in New York on the VWP.

I was previously here (US) on a Blanket L1, left, and am trying to come back on an E-3....
