Yes. Go to the Comune for the Attestato d’iscrizione Anagrafica if you are a EU citizen. Permesso di Soggiorno is for non -EU citizens.

We didn’t have any difficulty getting our marriage certificate 'apostilled' and then translated and sworn at the tribunale 5 years ago. The British Embassy produce an information note about the...
