Hi, I have started prepping all the information for the common law application. I have a question for those that have submitted, did you include IMM5409 (Statutory Declaration) in the application?

Thanks for the reply SchnookoLoly. You mentioned the word I was looking for - notarised. I just thought while she is here it is easier that I don't have to ask for a notarised stamped declaration...
