My husband had his done at Basil Street, but that was back in 2011... I'd go with what the others here have said and just call first to find out. Entirely possible they've moved.

Another good suggestion frequently given is review the forms back-to-front... you'd be surprised how much you start to just skim because you know what question comes next!

It's not super clear at the moment, the last time this happened was back in 2014 when Mississauga and Ottawa were helping clear the backlog from London, when London started processing applications...

OMG Really?! That is infuriating!! Does that mean they need you to resubmit everything?? Like, all your evidence etc?? Did they give you any more detail?? I don't think I've ever heard of this...

If it's requiring a signature, my inclination would be to send it by post. That said, if their email says it's fine to email it, then just do that.
