Well in my case being an irish tech/paramediccy person (similar to uk tech) there is rpl for experience and learning so they start u as a grade II ambo officer and the paramedical sciences degree...

Hiya,

Job first, visa after, as job is dependant on visa (or at least in my case anyways...dont think the uk is any different as the ambulance service is not on any skills lists) so you need...
