There's always enough booze about in Kuwait. It's just that it's not legal, and sometimes expensive for branded stuff.

It's not going to compete with London; It's insular , but get within the group of people, then, in it's own way , you will have a great time. Doha's odd, but it does'nt take agreat effort to get...
