Oh yeah, forgot about that little caveat. It's so very, very rare, it's easy to forget that little clause.

It is 100% true. In order to be eligible for the fiance visa, a couple *must* have met in person. If they have not met in person, then it's a no go on the fiance visa.

The 'special' relationship between the US and UK (or other country of origin) does not entitle you to a visa.

Aunts, uncles, cousins cannot sponsor you for a visa.

A job offer at your 2nd cousins' pizza parlor will not get you a visa.

There is no visa for wanting to live with your girl/boyfriend for...
