Answered my own question; just found out the LCA was certified yesterday. Sent FEIN verification docs 3/5, received clearance to file 3/10, filed same day, received certified LCA 3/14. That's quicker...

The Visa wait time site is known to list incorrect information; or rather, information that isn't necessarily correct for E-3s. London was showing 1-day wait for appointments and I logged in to book...

Turns out you can, cuz I just did it...! I clicked sign and submit to see what would happen. And it submitted and I got to the confirmation page and printed it. Soooo... good to know!

I know I can't book an appointment without the completed DS160. But can I submit the DS160 WITHOUT including the LCA number, as I'm still waiting to get it...

LCA just got denied as we incorrectly entered prevailing wage info in Section G (the wage info was correct, but we didn't correctly list the prevailing wage source).

This means I may not get the...

Off to Barbados in a week or so to process my 3rd E3 visa. I don't have an appointment yet (waiting for the LCA to come back certified), but the USCIS website is currently saying it takes...
