I would say the UK has better Indian than India and certainly better than here.

But Dubai runs on tourism not oil and so is much less affected by the significant drop in oil prices. Also, Dubai is ramping up for Expo 2020 so its all go at the minute. I can't think of one big...

Unlikely. The Brit - UAE relationship is strong and the they've just announced a year of bonding or whatever between the 2 countries. They won't mess with the visa.
