That is true, they don't only trust the public not to rob the postie but they also trust the posties not to abscond with the cash. Back in the early '60s my dad worked at the post office in Pershore....

I suppose I am biased because I only live about 2 minutes walk from the village post office but I prefer the Hungarian system and try to avoid getting stuff via the private sector couriers. I have...
