We often found the websites are no good - they'll turn you down, BUT if you speak to a live human being, then things can be different.

Thanks - we tried them - their website quote was OK, but a human said no - both inlaws have a variety of existing medical conditions.

I wonder if there are other providers who are perhaps a little...
