Nope. We were put under mandatory evacuation and they set up a police line. But, the water is going down. It's slow, but it's down. Still counting our blessings. Our guesstimate is maybe Monday.

Well our water level has supposedly peaked which means our house should be safe. It's an island, but it's safe. Mr Weeze tried to get back but the water before we get there is between thigh and waist...

Well this is extremely unpleasant. I think it's ended for a while but we have been hunkering down in the half bath for tornados nearby. How are you holding up Sugarmooma?

We had an hour without water and it dropped down. Course, it's now been raining for another hour so it's probably back up!

The only flooding around the streets we saw was where people's drainage...

We lost power too but now we are back up and running. I would upgrade it to "quite breezy" round us. Tornado warnings fairy frequently.

I did another shop this morning before the rain started. We now have beer, wine and nuts to last until the end of next week :)
