Lumpommer does not want to pay the vastly inflated house prices at the moment and considers them a rip off.

However after the crash he may buy two.

I think it is being compounded by Australia's expensive cost of living.

Probably one of the highest in the world when you compare like for like items.

I think the main problem has been buy to let. Now the average joe can own 1 to 30+ dwellings which has reduced the supply and pushed up prices.

Aussie property is a ponzi scheme once it starts to collapse the whole lot will go.

I would be looking to sell now if I had property.
