Totally agree. I think Aussie house prices are due for a massive crash of megatsunami proportions - the problem is I think we're looking at 10 years etc, not any time soon.

With British house prices crashing a record -3.6% in September it might be worth starting to think about buying property in UK and letting it out rather than transferring it into AUD at record lows...

Not that long ago a pound got you 1.60 US. And averaging down in shares or forex is not smart. What pushes the pound up now is anybody's guess. A better deal is more likely to come from lower AUD at...
