Whatever happened to the sponsor's obligation to support said immigrant so that they would not be a burden on public funds?

Surely Medicaid is a public fund?

What happens if you have no income to estimate i.e you are not in a current job and there is no guarantee you will have a job in 2018?

I thought they worked out your 'subsidies' for Obamacare based on your current earnings.

If you have not worked for over a year AND are now a student I do n't see what any subsidies can be based...
