You have to go the settlement route as your husband does not live and work in Finland.

As your company is transferring you, wondered why they did not sponsor you for work visa.

Just as an afterthought, since you are married to a British citizen, if he has been working in Finland, since Finland is a member of the EU, wondered why you would not have gone down the EEA Family...

According to your other post, you have applied for a settlement visa (wife of British citizen)

You have not applied for ILR (Indefinite leave to Remain) . This you can apply for only when you...
