just for reference, my husband has a spent conviction and we did not apply for information only - copy of his criminal record and evidence this was spent was accepted by canadian embassy in london.

my husband has a spent conviction , we sent off his criminal record which indicates date and court - on forms for canada we put spent in the box and sent this off with all other paper work in London....

hI - i would have thought providing copy of relevant law showing that your conviciton is spent, along with your criminal record and evidence of any fines paid, which the court office should provide...

Thanks - conviciton is on criminal record but is spent. How can we get copy of police. sol doc etc given time scale. I know as being a Probation Officer we only keep information on clients for 5...
