Sadly, the IB is not offered around here. Not in any school I can afford to pay for anyway.

I don't disagree at all.

It can also be dispiriting if high-speed, multiple choice tests (think 75 questions in 60 minutes, as many of the tests are) don't happen to show your skills, abilities...
