Just been down to sign some forms for exchange tomorrow and completion the 31st...Its a HUGE weight off my mind..

I had the surveyor round yesterday...I WAS S######G meself,dont know why really...but he was only the one for the mortgage company so was in and out in 10 at most 15 mins...looked in the loft walked...

The young couple that put in the offer on my house just been back for the second time...AND BOUGHT ALL THE PARENTS TOO...!!!!they all seem to like it ,the young lass seems to love the house so I feel...

In that case you have months to hang on for the right price...My flights are booked for 21st September and Id like it all done and dusted by then...which Is why I took a hit on the price...If I didnt...

I dropped 13 grand in the end on a house that is 50 grand less than yours to get it sold...money in the bank is better than a empty house in england costing you a fortune in while your in Oz...but...

yes it is prob worth a grand,but I recon theres no way we would get that if I tried to sell it as we areant taking it with us,so shit to it...if it helps to swing the deal,saves us from having to do...

good idea...but quanrantine all booked from the 19th...plus will need the 3 weeks breathing space when we get there to find a rental that takes animals...allot of them dont understandably...but ta v...

Un believably I can let you know today...! they came up the extra grand...! Im so happy,weve sold the house...So happy I threw in fridge freezer,tumble dryer, curtains,nets,blinds,portable TV and Vid...

Been on the market since march 12th...had 3 viewers...no offers...Have today been to estate agent with new fotos(we painted the outside of the house the weekend and my indoor shots where better than...
