I submitted paper based ENS 856 and recieved a DIAC acknowledgment letter the following day.

The VAC is a payment(exemption) for the secondary applicant(wife) that can not pass the IELTS test. The payment will cover the cost for her to go to school at a later date to learn english.

I lodged together the nomination and application(including meds, pcc) on the same day. After I recieved nomination approval, the next day received a few questions about my application. So it appears...
