For spousal sponsorship that seems a long time, the recent timeliness on here had a trend of 3-4 weeks for PR via spousal route.

Have just read on the CiC site If you pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fee at the same time you pay the processing fees, it will facilitate processing as we will not have to contact you later....

No, all they have listed as further docs is payment for RFPR fees to be paid, thats what confused me, the only doc they want is the payment.

I would say the reason for that is on the sponsor side all they are doing is checking the sponsor is financially able to sponsor you and that's it. They make no judgements on the visa application.

Ill be declaring dual intent when i arrive. This has always been the plan, im just thinking if they are this quick at the moment i may not need to do dual intent :)

Wow really hope mine get done that quick, I'm currently on CPC-M docs Rcvd:20/07/10, Approved:20/08/10 so should be with London now. I got my flight booked for 27 Oct so will have to keep my fingers...

Me too, I want to start a course at NAIT in January and need to at least have my passport request for them to let me book the the course as a PR.:unsure:
