If she is included in your application then it is not mandatory to submit IELTS for her because you are the main applicant. So just follow CO.. All the best.:)

Hi,

you do not have to worry about it.

Just do not launch CoC. wait for some time.
You will get your passport within a week after Iqama. That is what happened to me too.
