QLD - the Sodden State...

Have had over half of our annual rainfall in Brisbane already. And it's only the 3rd of March.

Need some blue skies very soon otherwise I'll get super tetchy

I suffered from commentator's curse an hour ago, praising the good weather. Lashing down here in eastern Sydney as well :thumbdown:.

Oh well, at least we got some blue sky and a beach day today.

Wow the sun came out here in Sydney and it was a lovely day :thumbup:

Made much better by the fact I expected more sh%t. Had a pleasant day down at the beach also.

Think it got to around 27C as...

Here in Sydney we've regressed back to October maximums but yet again the sun has gone on another vacation.

Month to date around 5-6C below average maximums and raining as I type. Cold weather...

Cloudy. Again. And more cloud for the next week. Just to add to the already excessive cloudy levels :frown::thumbdown:

Off to NZ later next week - probably more chance of seeing the sun.....

Has anyone noticed how cloudy it has been in Sydney lately? Very un-Australian :thumbdown:

The nights have been warm though but weird the lack of rain we've had given the almost constant concrete...

22C and fully overcast (like yesterday and pretty much all of next week) :banghead:.

Call me picky, but I would move from to Sydney to escape the overcast weather. We get 2,500 hours of sun/year...

Can we swap places? I am very tempted to jump on a plane, head west and get some much needed sun. It is unbelievably cloudy and grey here - very depressing :thumbdown: :sneaky:
