Lol. Something like that.

PA/personal assistant will mean nothing to them and they'll think you're some kind of carer. Executive assistant is the Canadian equivalent. Sales admin/account manager...

You won't need to get them done for admin jobs. Just make sure your resume lists your qualifications in a way Canadians will understand.
