Hi, yes Dublin the online form has that instruction on it when you print it out. It may be different for other locations.

Hi, I am applying from Australia. I am to print out an online form, get it certified, and then post it with the evidence and certified photos, id etc directly to Dublin...

I have everything I need...

Hi there,

It sounds like I also have to do the affidavit route. (I can't get his ID due to family reasons).

What is the wording? Do you know what we have to state in the declaration?
