I think my file got lost. At least the congressman office told me so. They try to get it back to Des Moines. It was sent somewhere else by mistake.

We had an infopass appointment to get a stamp in our passports (we go every year since i-751 waiver pending).
Since my child had a us passport the biggest question I had - do I need to have a stamp...

The child came to US on K2 visa in 2003, then became CPR , then together with me I had to file I-751 for both of us to take the conditions
She was just adopted in 2008 while the petition was pending

Ok, I googled it
CIS Ombudsman - you have to file a form DHS 7001 if you experience problems with your case

yes, just received my daughter US passport
Thanks god, I was not even sure myself that she was eligible.
Well ,I was pretty much very sure, but with those goverment organizations you never know...

Once you become a USC, your child (if under the age of 18) will automatically become a US Citizen as well. The child should have a green card and that should be all that is needed.

About N600
Nobody really recomend to do that I just know that since the child was legally adopted by US citizen he becomes US citizen.
Do not confuse here the situation when the parent files n400,...

I agree, but what are the choices I have been waiting for 2,5 years for an answer, any answer at least.
If I do not have enough evidence for my previous marriage why don't they just deny it.
