Yes it is all very draining for sure. And yes spousal application covers the common law status as well.

We used alot of pictures as well and divided them up to go along with 3 separate questions...

I found it interesting that a few more applicants have mentioned that they sent a "polite: case specific email (as we did) and then poof! the PR came through

I don't know if any words will cheer you and caleo up today BUT keep in mind that with our application we were only ever able to access information using the receipt # and my (sponsor) information....

The email comes from the High Commision in London and is sent to the applicant (not the sponsor) It is the same if you receive a letter by post

Wow Daniel that was close! Sound like you were down to about a week to go until the 45 days were up. We got our letter about 3 days after the email. It's so hard to understand why some get both email...

Just checked our on line status. It now says "COMPLETE" It never did show "In Process" or "Decion Made" It just changed today! My hubbies passport was received in London Jan 20th
