RERA is range is 115-140. RERA is also a cap against increases. Should note that my place is massive and by far the best unit in the (full) building. Others with bad views, and poor layouts etc...

I take losses very easily - much better eat a small loss now than a larger one later.

It never came back in value and I have friends who still own places and are still out of the money every month...
