I suspect that many applicants for the NHR scheme wish that it really did mean that they could pretend to be taxed. ;)

AFAIK, an AL holiday letting is supposed to be for no longer than approximately 30 days - after that it's supposed to be a 'normal' longer term letting, for which the rental contract is registered...
