we have nothing, and it's cold.

That's not quite true, I like to exaggerate. We have overhead heating! not sure what or how it works, but after our first winter electricity bills we no longer use...

Rural Hmmm

I would say we are Rural, 30 mins to supermarket/town. 20 mins to petrol garage. But we do have a local shop and we do have mains sewage.

Internet speed isn't great. But it works for...

To show how different it is, we have had our house on the market for maybe 2 or 3 months now. We have had one enquiry, and that was for a floor plan. No one has been to view.
