surprisingly the health requirements are finalized for both of us (me and my wife).. wonder HOC operates so late as well.. its with 17th Nov date.. i just checked the time and it was 3:10am..

does finalization necessarily mean that it is looked by the CO too or the CO takes a look at it later?
