The reason I am also interested in this topic is that I am currently employed full time in France under a CDI Cadre type contract, but thinking about having more flexibility on hours and type of work...

Would you mind giving us an update when you work things out...I for one would be interested in the options for this kind of set up, and I find prior knowledge is key when consulting with advisers so...
