Just enjoyed a traditional Sunday roast chicken lunch with all the trimmings.....yum!

Tomato, mozzarella and basil salad with olive oil. Baguette on the side even better!

One of my favourites after having been running is Heinz baked beans on rye toast with Lea & perrins and grated cheese on top. YUM!

You can get the baked beans at Wallmart!

we don't make it, there are lots of great sushi places in Calgary and great value meals can be had. You can also pick up bento boxes at the supermarkets.

Have had cheap sushi in the UK - not good.

Sushi at weekends, sometimes brunch.

I make a 'batch' on a Sunday for hubby and I for the week ahead which comprises whatever I can throw together!!
