Status changed this morning to "Issued" Such a great way to start a Monday morning...

Now I just need to get my passport back in time for a cheeky trip to Venice next Tues.

I have done a ton of research and have a good lawyer though the company I am going to work for and I am on an O1 Visa.

The only way to get a green card is through adjustment of status and getting...

Logged in to status check site today and the case updated date has changed to today. Still saying Administrative Processing.

The letter said take to DX or you can send direct to the Embassy using Royal Mail Special Delivery.

The gave me the addres of the US Embassy and I sent it yesterday.

Didn't get round to it.

Read the paperwork again and it says ds160 number. Seeing as this is on the sheet to include I have sent it today to the Embassy as instructed.

Yes it has the detail on the courier in page but it says to include my DS160 and passport.

Waited long enough so don't want to get it wrong.

Cant get on to the site to print my DS160 off :(

Documentation not that clear but looks like I have to include a courier receipt form, passport and copy...

They asked for a sworn statement on my current relationship with drugs and last occasion of use.

nearly 17 weeks from date of interview I received email from London requesting a sworn statement based on my conviction.

I have written one and sent it back.

When you look at the Belfast tracker they seem to be pretty consistent. About 90% of them come through in less than 16 weeks.

If I was applying again I would definitely go there. You can also see...

If you look at their tracker nearly all of their waivers go to send passport in under 14 weeks.

I cant believe how much quicker they are processing the waivers out of Belfast. They have updated the PDF today and have 1 at sent passport from the 7th June and was asked to be sent on 7th Sept.
