My point is exactly what I said. DIBP refusing the visa is not the worst outcome. You're correct in the fact that no agent can definitively state, one way or another, whether they would be refused...

Nope. The worst they can do is ban applicants from the country/from applying for a minimum amount of time. I imagine that's unlikely if they're completely honest in their application, but it should...

I agree with Pollyana's recommendation - George is very good. I do think you will need the help of a registered migration agent. Good luck with it - I hope it works out.
