No, if you turn up in person it's shown to be 2 weeks. If you post it (from within the UK), it shows to be anywhere between 3-4 weeks in general.

You'll receive a request (email or post) asking for you to send your passport to London. Once they receive it, they insert the visa and mail it back to you.

Congrats!!!

As for the others, i'm not sure where you get your 3-4 week turnaround times from. Mine was 3 months end to end and it seems that's becoming the norm so you have time yet.
