We had also considered renting a caravan, while househunting, as it could be quite a bit cheaper and you wouldn't need furniture. Not if we move in the winter though as they're too cold for English...

You only need to take 1 tablespoon daily, but if you take any medication, you should leave at least a couple of hours between the meds and the flaxseed, as it tends to move things through your system...
