This is the way to work out transfer fees.

Transfer Fees
On transfer of the title deed into the name of the Purchaser, the Purchaser must pay transfer fees to the Land Registry Office.

That 200 will just be stamp duty.
I assume by land registry fees you mean having the title deeds put into your name.
In which case it will be thousands.
