A lot of cultures meet in large groups a reflection in part from the society they originated. Doesn't mean 'gangs' in the form we associate the term with.

Nothing but politics. But where it could be becoming increasingly 'out of control' is with large population growth, mostly through excessive immigration and over inflated housing prices.
