Indeed so very tempting...but not the size for me..a two bedroom in a central location,within the CentralLine will do it for me.
Still have five months to go....Have i again missed the boat?

What is so different from UK? Same thing was being said there with population increase and not enough houses available.
Big question is can folk afford to pay the inflated prices being asked? And...

Have just purchased GBP 4,000 at a cost of A$7141.58,or 0.5601,which i found to be a pretty decent rate.
There is a fairly recent development for downloading currencey called a Travel Money Card...

Feel that it would appeal far more to perhaps higher diversity of folk whose main purpose in life is not just to stay home in the evenings or to have kids...and would not necessary want to come to...

Not sure that it is the only way...but surely the right way. Just a matter of marketing them to folk who consider it their god given right to have the quarter acre in the burbs,as generations...

This sums it up rather well i would suggest. Perth is not a city for the faint hearted,these days. It's costs add up to some pretty serious money.

And Greece has a lot of civil disobedience occurring with the so called anarchist groups which at times give the appearance that the nation is at war with itself.
France does have some lingering...

How true and look at what they replaced it with,the financial industry. How far did that go towards creating a topsy turvey economy?
Just hope it is pruned back and London becomes more of a city...

Afraid a lot of folk have short memories,but also expect a lot of others are not old enough to have any meaningful awareness of those times.
