When your waiver gets approved, won't you be getting a B-2 visa? Worst case scenario, you only get a 1-year B-2 visa. But even then, that's a whole year of validity for you to travel. So although...

If your current application for a waiver was denied, I don't see how applying again would make any difference. Your circumstances haven't changed.

Can you explain a little more? They are saying you had more than a 1-year overstay in the USA, but you're saying you were legal in the USA all that time? An expired passport doesn't mean you're in...

Secondary processing at the POE can take as little as 10 minutes or as much as 2 hours...just no way of knowing in advance. Depends how many people are ahead of you, how fast they are processing...

From the date they approve the visa....could be the date of your interview, could be a later date.
