No. There are multiple case officers and while some visas may be processed "immediately" maybe your case has been assigned to someone who has a few days work in his queue, or he got sick and is out...

It just means that they haven't got to your file yet. It is neither negative nor positive, and most applications flagged as "Administrative Processing" will, in due course, be approved and a visa...

I agree with the above advice, more or less - there is no reason to keep your passport other than to put a visa in it, so it is highly likely that you'll get your visa, but I wouldn't bet my life on...
