I am not sure the full gist of your situation, you say you inquired about the plan and opted in, post 1, in October 2013, post 10 it was August 2012 and the employer was bugging you in October 2013....

Regardless, an employer cannot make deductions other than those legally required, without an employees written consent to do so. If the employee signed up and the employer forgot to take the premiums...
