Swedish soup?
Hej hej!!
I have just come back home after having spent about 2 weeks working in Halmstad, Sweden. While I was over there I ate in their company canteen for lunch and on Thursdays it is, as you most probably know already, "soup day" and there was a choice between pea soup and some other one. I went with the other one and it was absolutely delicious and I was wondering if any of you would know the name, (or even the recipe), of it.
It was a kind of clear soup with all sorts of different chopped vegetables (not blended), and it had ground beef in it. I was unable to catch the name of it but I think there was "Helena"? somewhere in there . I have tried Google of course but I couldn't really find what I was looking for.
Anyway, any ideas would be great

Re: Swedish soup?
In Nog, there's a chunky vegetable soup with little bits of mutton in it, called Betasuppe. Maybe beta sounds like "Helena"?
