What are chances for fresh master's degree to get in somewhere?

As a fresh graduate without languages I would say your chances are limited. If you are a programmer then you have better chances but admin type IT jobs will require language skills. Finland would be very hard I would think, there are more jobs in Norway but there was a recent report where Norwegian employers by and large admitted to discriminating against non-Norwegians. They are not EU so they can do what they like.

I have same impression. I'm thinking about these two countries and Germany but lately I think there are more opportunities for me in Germany than in these two.
